Our family has been in the restaurant business for over fifty years. The Embassy has been on Hempstead Turnpike for more than four decades of that.

Come As You Are,
At Any Hour

Booths, a counter, a dessert case by the register, and neon along the ceiling. Nurses coming off shift, kids after a game, the 3 AM crowd on a Saturday. Everybody ends up in the same room.
