Poured on the flat top every morning the doors open, served with butter and syrup. Short stack if you have somewhere to be.
Every diner has a Reuben. Not every diner names dishes after the owner, his kid, and the road out front.
Breakfast served all day. Greek specialties from the family kitchen. Fifteen paninis, ten triple deckers, a full bar, and a dessert case by the register. The Long Island diner menu is supposed to be too big. Ours is.

American flags hang in the dining room and the neon runs along the ceiling. The staff has been here long enough to know your order before you sit down, and the coffee keeps coming until you put your hand over the cup.
